Why No Refunds?

DocuStudy operates on AI technology that processes your content using advanced Large Language Models. These services incur real costs that are consumed immediately when you:

• Upload and process documents with our AI
• Generate study materials, quizzes, and flashcards
• Transcribe audio recordings
• Create personalized learning content
• Interact with our AI-powered features

Once these AI processing costs are incurred, they cannot be recovered, making refunds economically unfeasible.

Subscription Management

While we cannot offer refunds, you can:

• Cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
• Continue using the service until your current billing period ends
• Downgrade to a lower-tier plan for your next billing cycle
• Manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard

Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare cases, we may consider account credits for:

• Technical issues caused by DocuStudy that prevent service access for extended periods
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Account security breaches on our end

Such credits are at our sole discretion and will be applied to your account rather than refunded as cash.
